European govts sign pact to support circular economy in smartphones, laptops

Seven European countries have signed a pact to work on encouraging use of sustainable, fairly made smartphones and laptops. The Circular and Fair ICT Pact is led by the Netherlands and Belgium and was also signed by the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
