European wholesale, open access operators team to push full-fibre networks

A group of European full-fibre wholesale-only and open access operators have joined forces to establish a new alliance to accelerate the roll-out of full-fibre networks. These are CityFibre (UK), Deutsche Glasfaser (Germany), Open Fiber (Italy), Siro (Ireland) and Reykjavik Fiber Network (Iceland).
