Everything Everywhere confirms spectrum sale to 3 UK

Thursday 30 August 2012 | 10:14 CET | News
Everything Everywhere has confirmed an agreement to transfer 2x15 MHz of its 1,800 MHz spectrum to 3 UK. The sale was required as part of commitments given when the EC approved the merger of Orange and T-Mobile in the UK in March 2010. The EC and UK regulator Ofcom will now examine whether the divestment satisfies the merger commitments, with a decision expected within the next three months.
