Ewe Tel, Breko welcome BnA vectoring technology proposals

German regional network operator Ewe Tel has welcomed the Federal Network Agency's (BnA) decision on regulation of vectoring technology. Ewe Tel welcomed the changes to earlier proposals, saying they offered more transparency and legal certainty. CEO Norbert Westfal said that the changes gave operators planning security for their broadband network investments. German broadband network operators association Breko also welcomed the decision, saying that it would provide a level playing field for Deutsche Telekom and rival network operators.
