Ewe threatens legal action over DT vectoring 'monopoly'

German regional operator Ewe is threatening to sue the federal government for favouring Deutsche Telekom with the broadband expansion, Onlinekosten.de reports. CEO Matthias Bruckmann said that the company will lodge a complaint before the Constitutional Court if the "discriminatory" preliminary decision of networks regulator BnetZA is confirmed.
