Exatel calls for strategic link to the UK, fears C-Lion1

Following preliminary testing, a little known Finnish telecommunications company called Cinia has launched a 1,172 km fibre link running on the seabed of the Baltic, named C-Lion1, writes Nikodem Boncza Tomaszewski, Board Chairman of Exatel, for Rzeczpospolita. The move has prompted the chairman to call for a strategic link to the UK.
