Exatel signs interconnection agreement with China Unicom

Polish operator Exatel signed an agreement with China Unicom on network interconnection. The agreement will allow Exatel to connect with all key Chinese operators. It will also provide operators from China with a connection to the nodes in Frankfurt and Berlin.
