Experts question 'duty of care' approach to regulating harmful content online

A group of experts have written a joint open letter to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) calling on the UK government to hold a meeting with all relevant stakeholders to plan a way forward with its Internet regulation plans.
