EzyDVD is 50% acquired by Brazin

EzyDVD (Australia), DVD retailer, has been 50% acquired by Brazin. Brazin will pay ADlr1.5 mil in cash and ADlr4.8 mil in shares if pre-set targets are met through 2005. EztDVD aims to have 100 stores across Australia by end-June 2004, up from 15 currently.
