Facebook improves Messenger Kids parental control

Tuesday 4 February 2020 | 15:03 CET | News
Facebook has announced an update to the Messenger Kids app it launched in 2017 following security concerns raised by parents and lawmakers alike. The new features can be accessed via the Parent Dashboard in the Facebook iOS and Android apps to give parents the power to manage their child's experience. They can now view contacts and chat history over the past 30 days, see photo and video logs, access a list of the reporting and blocking actions their child has taken, see all devices where their child has logged into Messenger Kids and log out of the app on any device.
