Facebook inks smart glasses cooperation deal with Ray-Ban - report

Facebook will be working on its augmented reality smart glasses with Ray-Ban, after striking a cooperation deal with Luxottica, parent of the sunglasses company, CNBC reported citing people familiar with the matter. Facebook hopes in this way to launch its glasses, internally codenamed Orion, by 2023, 2024 or as late as 2025.
