Facebook introduces Moments photo app

Facebook has introduced Moments, a new standalone app that allows people to easily and privately share photos among friends and groups. Moments groups phone photos based on when they were taken, and recognises friends via facial recognition technology. Users can then sync the photos with specific friends and they can choose to sync their photos as well. The app also organizes synced photos and lets users search them to find ones with specific friends. Facial recognition technology to used to group photos based on the friends who are in them. The new app was made by Facebook's Creative Labs.
