Facebook launches dedicated Campus section for university students

Facebook has announced the launch of a dedicated section on its main app designed specifically for university students. The product is called Campus and will enable students to interact with their university community, access a Campus-only News Feed and create study groups, plan virtual concerts or ask for advice with college-only Groups and Events. In addition, like the original Harvard-based Facebook network, they'll be able to find classmates by class, major, year and more.
