Facebook looking at ad-free, subscription based service more seriously - report

Monday 7 May 2018 | 06:45 CET | News
Facebook is studying whether a subscription-based and ad-free version of its social network service would make more people join, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. The matter had been considered in the past but is now being looked at more seriously. The plans are not definite and could either change or not go forward, the sources added. Facebook declined to comment.
