Facebook shareholders obtain court order for access to company documents on data privacy

A court in the state of Delaware has ordered Facebook to hand over internal documents to shareholders on how it handles data privacy. The shareholders are seeking to sue the company for mismanagement after the drop in Facebook's share price due to the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
