Facebook tests photo transfer tool in Ireland, plans global launch in H1 2020

Facebook is testing a new photo transfer tool in Ireland, TechCrunch reports. The feature is being tested and altered based on user feedback, with Facebook eyeing global availability in the first half of 2020.
