Facebook to open innovation hub in China's Hangzhou

Facebook has registered a new subsidiary in Hangzhou, China, with the aim of setting up an innovation hub for local start-ups and developers, Reuters reporting, citing a filing approved on China's National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. Facebook was listed as the subsidiary's only shareholder.
