Ethiopia, Sudan and Tanzania are affected by cuts to the FLAG Alcatel-Lucent Optical Network (FALCON) undersea cable off Yemen, which is thought to have occurred on 09 January, ITWeb reported. The FALCON cable is managed by Global Cloud Xchange (GCX).
