Fastweb to bring fibre access to Aosta valley hotels

Italian operator Fastweb has signed an agreement with Adava, the Association of Hoteliers and Tourism Companies of the Aosta Valley of northwest Italy, to bring high-speed broadband access to the region's hotels and develop joint initiatives to promote digital innovation. The operator has already launched pilot projects in the localities of Champoluc and Cogne and has pledged to ensure fibre-optic connections at symmetric (download and upload) speeds of up to 100Mbps in local hotel buildings in association with municipal associations INVA and SUEL.
