FCC concludes court-ordered review, finds no impact from overturning Open Internet order

The US Federal Communications Commission has concluded that its decision to overturn the 'Open Internet' net neutrality regulations in 2017 did not have a detrimental effect on public safety, regulations on pole attachments or the Lifeline universal service programme. The regulator was ordered to review the three issues in the court appeal brought by Mozilla against the net neutrality decision and decided in October 2019.
