FCC expands access to funds for replacing Huawei, ZTE equipment

The FCC has opened up access to the federal reimbursement programme for operators swapping out equipment from Huawei and ZTE. Under the adopted changes to the programme, providers with a maximum 10 million customers are eligible for the funds, up from a cap of 2 million customers previously.
