FCC imposes USD 4 mln fine on Tele Circuit for slamming, cramming

Friday 23 April 2021 | 12:39 CET | News

The FCC said the actions especially harmed the elderly and infirm who, in some cases, were left without telephone service for extended periods of time while the company refused to reinstate service until the unauthourised charges were paid in full.
