FCC not entirely opposed to Sprint, T-Mobile deal - report

Democratic commissioners at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) may not all be opposed to the potential Sprint transaction with T-Mobile, as previously thought, according to people familiar with the matter, reported The Wall Street Journal.
