Few Telfort customers switched to KPN - study

KPN has lost customers by closing down the Telfort brand, at both fixed and mobile, according to the latest study from Telecompaper. Telfort has not taken on any new customers since May 2019. KPN has approached all existing customers individually with an offer to switch to a package from KPN. At the end of January this year, all Telfort connections were converted to mobile.
