Ficora warns of WPA2 vulnerability

Finnish communications regulator Ficora said it is recommending other encryption methods, following news that the Wi-Fi encryption method WPA2 has been cracked by a researcher from a Belgian university who discovered a vulnerability. Ficora said it recommends other encryption methods for processing confidential information, such as SSL/TLS, SSH and VPN services. It also recommends disabling the 802.11r functionality of WLAN access points.
