Finland may regulate data use for transport law

The Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications said standardisation and regulation of the use of data may be needed to realise the Transport Code. Minister Anne Berner said the key aim is to simplify innovations, digitisation and automation, as well as the realisation of Mobility as a Service (MaaS). The Transport Code concerns the regulation of roads, shipping, rail and aviation.
