Finnish govt plans grid sharing, internal network acts

The Finnish Minstry of Transport and Communications said the government proposes that the construction of communications and electricity networks should be expedited with an act on shared construction and use of infrastructure. The government decided on 12 November 2015 to bring in an act on networking sharing, and to amend the Information Society Code regarding networks within buildings. The acts are scheduled to enter into force on 01 July 2016.
