IT security company FireEye reported revenues up 8 percent year-on-year to USD 199 million in the first quarter of 2018, slightly above the company's guidance range of USD 192-197 million. Billings increased by 21 percent to USD 175 million, thanks in part to its shift to a subscription-based model, while the adjusted gross margin came in at 66 percent compared to 64 percent a year earlier.
