Fitbit losses widen on flat device shipments, lower prices

Fitbit reported a bigger net loss on falling revenues for the third quarter, in line with its outlook. Device shipments were flat, and growing revenues from services could not offset the pressure on hardware prices. The company did not give an outlook, due to its pending takeover by Google.
