Flemish spend a quarter more daily time on smartphones in 2020 - survey

The Flemish spent an average 185 minutes per day on their smartphones in 2020, an increase of 37 minutes from the previous year, according to the annual Digimeter study from Imec on digital habits in Flanders. Social media took up the most time, with an average 44 minutes per day, followed by 29 minutes for chatting and 22 minutes for browsing.
