Flow and Digicel suing Antigua over spectrum sharing order

Flow and Digicel, the two largest mobile network operators in Antigua and Barbuda, have taken court action against the government's requirement to share mobile spectrum with state-owned rival Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA), reports The Antigua Observer, citing the country's prime minister Gaston Browne. "No court can tell us to whom we can licence our spectrum, our national asset, so we are allowing for due process, we are allowing for a period of negotiation," said Browne during a radio interview.
