Flow in talks to take over Barbados MNO Ozone Wireless - report

The Flow Barbados subsidiary of Cable & Wireless Communications is in active negotiations to take over new MNO Ozone Wireless just a year after launching, according to unnamed sources cited by local daily Barbados Today. Ozone launched commercial 4G services in July 2017 via a 700MHZ licence acquired back in 2014. However, the company has faced serious financial challenges and has seen a number of key personnel leave in the last two months, including CEO Sylvain Tasse and marketing head Dianne Squires, said the report.
