FMC offers growing in Europe, with impact on mobile prices

Bundling fixed and mobile services in a single package is becoming increasingly common in Europe. This helps operators reduce churn, grow market share and increase average revenue per households. For the first time, Telecompaper has analysed fixed-mobile convergence as part of its annual EU Mobile Benchmark report on postpaid pricing across Europe. The study shows France has the most FMC offers, followed by Belgium and Portugal, while the trend has yet to take off in the Nordic markets.
