Fnac Darty sees sales momentum in Q4 amid surge in online orders

Retail group Fnac Darty said that its fourth-quarter revenues are expected to grow 9.6 percent year-on-year on a like-for-like basis (+7.3% in Q3), supported by demand generated during its Black Friday and Christmas sales events. The quarter benefited from a strong uplift in both online and click-and-collect orders, up by nearly 70 percent and 40 percent respectively, with the group registering over 5 million new active web customers in the twelve months to December.
