Former NetOne CEO files appeal over dismissal

Former CEO of Zimbabwean operator NetOne Lazarus Muchenje has filed an application at the High Court challenging the termination of his contract, The Herald reported. Muchenje had been dismissed on 09 July 2020 but made an urgent chamber application at the High Court challenging his dismissal, and an interim order was granted in his favour, suspending the letter of termination. After his reinstatement, he was immediately dismissed at three months' notice.
