Four out of ten German senior citizens use web - survey

Forty-six percent of people over 65 find the internet personally indispensable, according to a survey conducted by the German IT association Bitkom on the occasion of the Science Year 'The digital Society'. Almost four out of ten (38%) senior citizens use the internet, compared with 32 percent in the previous year.
