Fox agrees GBP 200 mln break fee if Sky deal fails

21st Century Fox said it's reached a definitie agreement with Sky on its offer of GBP 10.75 per share for the rest of the European pay-TV provider. Fox said it aims to close the deal by the end of 2017, suggesting ti anticipates a long process of obtaining regulatory clearance. If the deal does not close by the end of 2017, Sky shareholders - including Fox with its existing 39 percent stake - will be entitled to a special dividend of 10 pence per share, payable in 2018. The companies have also agreed that Sky will not pay any dividends in 2017. If the deal does not pass regulatory muster, Fox
