Free adds Flash to Freebox Revolution to view websites on TV

French broadband operator Free has released a software upgrade for its Freebox Revolution home gateway, adding Blu-Ray 3D, updating its EPG and new compatibility with Flash. The latter enables customers to surf the internet directly on their TV sets, to watch sites like YouTube and Dailymotion. The Adobe Flash Player software also works with countless Flash websites. Freebox Revolution offers more than 400 free and premium TV channels.The Personal Packages function allows each user in the house to create his or her own list of favourite channels for faster access.
