Free misses apartment building fibre deadlines - report

French ISP Free has contacted 62 percent of apartment building residents' committees to inform them that the six-month window between the signing of their agreement and the deployment of fibre in the building had closed, according to PCinpact and Les Echos. The operator advises them to contact with the building fibre operator of their choice to sign a new agreement. The move is a legal requirement and comes after the operator was criticised by the French association of residents' committees for promising to fibre many buildings but never carrying out the work.
