Free Mobile says service to return to normal within 15 days

Thursday 29 March 2012 | 10:02 CET | News
French operator Free Mobile has informed its customers that it expects its service to progressively return to normal in the next 15 days. This is the operator's first comment on faults that affected evening peak-time service to its customers, due to interconnection problems with the network of roaming partner Orange France. Earlier this week consumer association UFC-Que Choisir wrote to Free Mobile threatening legal action if it failed to meet its obligation to inform customers of service problems. The association is also seeking indemnisation for users.
