Free Mobile takes Bouygues Telecom to court for damages over handset subsidies - report

Free Mobile's parent Iliad has started a new legal battle over the subsidised handset business model, according to information gathered by L'Express. After similar cases brought against rivals SFR and Orange in recent years, it has now opened a new front by taking Bouygues Telecom to court and seeking EUR 612 million in damages.
