Free Mobile wins Podium 2012 CRM award

Recently launched operator Free Mobile has won first prize in the Podium 2012 CRM awards for mobile telephony, given by BearingPoint/TNS Sofres to companies that best meet their customers' day-to-day needs. In only 80 days, Free has won over more than 2.6 million subscribers to its two plans, priced at EUR 19.99 and EUR 2 a month. Free Mobile and its parent company Iliad have made it a policy of mainly using French-based call centres. The mobile operator opened two call centres in the Paris area at launch. Iliad said it created 1,000 jbos at its call centres over the last twelve months.
