FreedomPop generates revenue from 48% of UK users

MVNO FreedomPop claims to be generating revenue from almost half of its users in the UK, reports Reuters. It is generating revenue from optional paid-for services provided in addition to free voice and data plans. CEO Stephen Stokols said the company has a higher proportion of paying subscribers than messaging service than WhatsApp of Spotify, with a UK conversion rate of 48 percent (people converting from free to paid services).
