Freenet plans dividend increase, raises guidance

Freenet Group reported positive results in the financial year 2015 and said that it outperformed its outlook for the year. The number of postpaid customers increased by more than 300,000 year-on-year to 6.31 million, and the no-frills customer group, which uses mainly online sales channels, grew by 78,000 to 2.99 million at year-end. Freenet generated group revenue of EUR 3.118 billion, an increase of 2.5 percent, and EBITDA of EUR 370.2 million, up from EUR 365.6 million in 2014. Following the announced acquisition of Media Broadcast  and the investment in Exaring, the company also increased
