FreeWheel confirms StickyAds acquisition

Comcast video ad management solutions provider subsidiary FreeWheel has confirmed its acquisition of French video supply side platform StickyAds.tv. The latter offers publishers software to build, run and operate their own private exchange. FreeWheel said the acquisition will create an end-to-end solution enabling clients to manage video inventory across all screens and access demand from any demand channel, while ensuring a brand-safe, TV compliant experience. The acquisition price was not disclosed. Separately, Les Echos reports that the FreeWheel paid USD 110 million for StickyAds,
