French broadcaster TF1 agrees new distribution deal with Videofutur

Videofutur, the brand used by fibre ISP Vitis to commercialise its multi-play bundles, has agreed new terms for the distribution of TF1's five free-to-air channels and the MyTF1 replay service. The deal will soon give Videofutur subscribers access to an improved on-demand service with new features such as 'start over' (allowing viewers to join the show from the beginning of the transmission) and 'casting' (streaming content from mobile apps and websites to the TV screen).
