French consumer association reports 39% fall in telecom complaints

French telecom users association AFUTT said that it received 3,170 complaints about telecom operators in 2018, down 39 percent since 2017. This sharp fall brings the number broadly in line with 2015, following two consecutive years when the level of complaints was relatively high (5,020 in 2016 and 5,183 in 2017). While the SFR and Numbericable brands continued to account for the largest number of complaints, their combined share fell to 47.6 percent, from 55.2 percent the previous year.
