French consumer group criticizes 5G auction plan

French consumer group UFC-Que Choisir has criticised the regulator Arcep's proposal for issuing licences in the 3.5 GHz band for 5G, saying it could end up with widely different bandwidths for consumers depending on the network and less than full population coverage. Its comments were sent in a formal response to Arcep's consultation on the proposal.
