French govt launches consultation to relax advertising rules for TV channels

France's minister of culture has published two consultation documents linked to the draft audio-visual law recently presented to other government ministers, ahead of its first parliamentary reading. One of the consultations seeks feedback on a draft law decree that will ease a number of restrictions on TV channels, particularly on targeted advertising.
