French govt promises action amid rising complaints on universal service

Celia de Lavergne, member of the French lower house of parliament, said on Twitter that she will head a task-force to tackle the deteriorating delivery of Universal Service. In what she describes as a "flash" project, the task-force will produce recommendations by mid-February to help the "forgotten people" left without fixed telephone lines in rural areas.
